Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. However, you will save more if you can combine a higher quantity of labels on one order.

What print technologies do you have at your Napa location?

Multi-Color Napa has offset, flexo, and digital printing technologies under one roof. We offer pressure sensitive and wet-glue applied labels. Additionally, full embellishments can be applied regardless of the print technology selected.

Do you work with new brands and start-ups?

Yes! We work with wineries, distilleries, and breweries of all sizes. From 5 to 5 million labels, we’ve got you covered.

What is your pricing like?

Pricing varies by project, since there is no one-size-fits all label. The factors that affect pricing most are the label size, material, embellishments, quantity, and number of skus/items per order. If you want to run your labels in the most cost efficient way, try to keep your label size and embellishments common, so you can use the same tools for all labels. Also, the more labels you can combine on one order, the less you will pay per label.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies by the project and print technology selected. Communicate your bottling date as soon as you place your order to make sure we deliver your labels with time to spare.

Do you have a rush fee?

No, we do not have a rush fee. We work to meet our customer’s deadlines and needs. If you forgot to order an item or ordered too few labels, let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to get labels delivered to you quickly.

Can I come to your facility to meet about my project?

Absolutely, yes! Label consultations are free with no obligations. Give us a call or send an email to set up a meeting. During that time we can discuss your project and options to make your label a success.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Customers have the option of establishing credit terms or using a credit card for payment.
